How Trukks works.
We don't have a price list with ticks in boxes. You pay for the users you have, we adapt the system to the way you work, and part of what we earn goes back into the development every year.
You pay per user.
The price is set per user and month. If there are five of you, you pay for five. Grow to fifteen and the cost follows, and you never have to buy a new tier to make room for more people.
We put together a quote based on how many you are and what you need, so you are not paying for features you never open.
We adapt Trukks to you.
Two service companies rarely work the same way. So we set up fields, lists, templates and flows to match your business, instead of asking you to change how you work to suit the system.
What we earn goes back into the product.
Every year a set share of our revenue goes back into developing Trukks. Not into marketing and not out of the company, but into building on the system you already use.
That is why Trukks looks different this year than it did last year, and why you never have to change systems to get at what is new.

New features. What we build in Trukks is available to everyone. If you need a feature, we add it for you.

The price does not go up because the product gets better. What we choose to develop does not show up in the price you pay per user.

Your requests go on the list. We take what you get in touch about seriously. It goes into the development queue, alongside everything else.

Custom requests. You describe what you need in a template. We estimate the time and get back to you with an answer, sometimes free of charge, sometimes with a quote. You always know the price before we start building.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to install an app?
No. Trukks is a responsive web application that runs in the browser on every device — desktop, tablet and phone. Always the latest version, nothing to update.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is stored within the EU and processed according to GDPR. Read more on our security page, or ask us directly.
What is the notice period?
The terms are set in your agreement. We believe in being worth keeping — not in locking you in.
How do we get started?
Trukks adapts to how you already work. We help with setup, importing customers and assets, and training — the interface is built for a short learning curve.
Which systems does Trukks integrate with?
Fortnox and Visma in real time, suppliers such as Copiax, Ahlsell and Elektroskandia, your email servers and more. Missing something? Ask us, and we will evaluate the integration together.
