The right price for every customer.
Default prices rarely go all the way. In Trukks you set price lists per customer, article group and object — and quotes and invoicing bases fetch the right price automatically.
| Article | Default price | Adjustment | Your price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Service hour | €87 | −10% | €78 |
| Filter kit F7 | €57 | +8% | €61 |
| Weekend call-out · Elevator 2 | €173 | Object price | €133 |
One price list per customer
Every customer can have their own price list: negotiated hourly rates, material discounts and custom article prices. When the technician reports, the customer's price is applied — nobody has to look up what was agreed.
- Customer-specific prices on hours, travel and materials
- The price list follows through to quote, order and invoice
- The default price applies where nothing else is set
| Agreement | Customer | Next service | Value/year | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SA-118 | Brf Utsikten | 2026-09-14 | €4,250 | Active |
| SA-204 | City Office House | 2026-10-02 | €11,200 | Active |
| SA-231 | Grand Hotel | 2026-11-20 | €7,920 | Renewing |
Prices per article group
Set prices and markups on whole article groups instead of article by article. When the supplier changes purchase prices, your prices follow — without anyone updating a thousand rows by hand.
Object-special prices
Some prices belong to a single object: the elevator with a special agreement, the site with its own call-out rate. Put the price on the object and it applies every time a job is done there.
- Emergency phone function test
- Door machinery inspection
- Guide rail lubrication
Markup and discount on the default price
Build price lists as percentages instead of fixed amounts: markup on purchase price or discount on the default price. Easy to maintain — and always right when the base price changes.
No retyping. No files. No waiting.
